Sphinx
Campaign automation, leads routing and WhatsApp messaging — staged, scheduled and delivery you can audit, on the Axion platform.
Campaign automation
Schedule, stage and send campaigns from one queue, with delivery tracked per message. Anything queued ahead of time can be cancelled before it leaves the building.
Leads routing
Inbound leads are matched, scored and routed to the right owner without manual triage, so a reply lands with the person who can act on it.
WhatsApp messaging
Provider-agnostic delivery over Twilio, Channel360, Infobip or the Baileys bridge, with approved templates, header artwork and call-to-action buttons.
How a message actually gets sent
Nothing is fired at an API and forgotten. Every message is staged, claimed under a run, sent, settled and kept — so a provider outage delays a batch instead of losing it, and a retry never double-sends.
Delivery you can audit
Per-message status, timestamps and provider responses are retained, so “did it send” has an answer rather than an opinion.
Conversation, not blasts
Replies are captured and matched back to the conversation that started them, keeping a campaign and its responses on one thread.
Dashboards behind the login
Traffic, events, WhatsApp callbacks and short-link activity are reported to signed-in users on the same platform.
Built on Axion
Sphinx is one workload on Axion, the engine Technocore builds business automation on — workflow orchestration, reporting, forms and data capture, scheduled jobs and line-of-business integration. Which is why campaigns, dashboards, imports and back-office automation live in one system, not three.

Where to start
Most engagements begin with one messaging workload that is currently manual — a campaign send, a reminder run, a lead hand-off — and grow from there once the queue and the reporting are in place.
